The Air Feed Hood covers the back of a supply air diffuser where it penetrates the ceiling. That opening is a direct path for voices to enter the shared plenum above the wall line. The hood closes the path while supply air keeps flowing to the room. Speech Guard Air Feed Hoods are made in the USA.
Use it with the G2 Plenum Return Silencer on return grilles and Light Hoods on recessed light fixtures to close the ceiling openings around a room.
