A Speech Guard System ceiling overlay kit sized for a 12′ x 12′ private office with a 2′ x 4′ ceiling tile grid.

Standard speech privacy is the appropriate target for general private offices and small meeting rooms, where everyday conversation should not be intelligible in the room next door.

In most commercial buildings, partition walls stop at the ceiling grid rather than continuing to the deck above. That leaves the shared plenum as the main route for speech to travel between rooms, through ceiling tiles, recessed light fixtures, and open air return grilles. The Speech Guard System is a ceiling overlay that treats those pathways directly.
